Shipping

Items are delivered in Italy by SDA courier and the cost is indicated during purchase. Orders are generally dispatched within 3 working days after receiving the payment. Courier delivery times are 1-3 working days (excluded Saturday, Sunday and public holiday). Deliveries to Calabria or the islands, may take an extra working day. For shipments to Europe or the rest of the world, the international registered mail service provided by Poste Italiane is used, with delivery times varying according to the country of destination. Orders placed during weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning. At the moment of purchase, it is important to provide a correct and complete address, a telephone number and a valid e-mail. Once your order has been placed, we will send you a tracking number by e-mail. The addressee would check the condition of the item delivered and if the packaging shows obvious signs of tampering or alteration, will notify Emme Lab’s customer service by e-mail (maura.emmelab@gmail.com). Emme Lab is not responsible for the lack of one or more items in the order due to tampering by third parties, as provided for by article 1510 of the Civil Code paragraph 2.
Customs duties are not included in the shipping costs but they are charged to addresse according to the local legislation.

Returns

The customer has the right to withdraw the contract within 14 days after receiving the items. The customer must inform the seller of his/her wish to withdraw the contract by sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address: maura.emmelab@gmail.com, indicating the order number and the item he/she intends to give back. Changes of items are not allowed, we can only payback the cost of the returned items. Subject to different aggreements between the parties, the refund will be made using the same method of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction. The costs for the return items are charged to the customer. The returned item must be in perfect conditions and it must be not have been used. In the case of items that do not meet these characteristics, the seller reserves the right to refuse the items or apply a reduction in price. We recommend you to give back the items using a trackable shipping. The seller will not recognize the refund of items that have never been received due to loss, theft, damage not attributable to the seller.
